Derek Finch is an experienced manager and Mediator who has worked with both Local Authorities and Housing Associations and has a proven track record in successful team management, service delivery, mediation training and delivery.

Achievements include managing a diverse portfolio of projects encompassing local authority and Housing Association work, and the setting up of a new and innovative Mediation Service in the South West of England.
